Welcome to the Markets at Choto!
The Markets at Choto is a pedestrian friendly mixed use retail / office development situated on 15 acres located at the corner of Northshore Drive and Choto Road in West Knoxville, Tennessee. We currently have 75,000 square feet of retail and office space planned for the site.
Through thoughtful architecture and civil design, we have created a shopping center that will prove to be an unsurpassed gathering locale for the residents of the Choto area and beyond. In an effort to “blend” with the Choto area, we have designed our buildings and common area to flow seamlessly with the architecture of the surrounding neighborhoods, as well as connected walking trails to them to promote pedestrian mobility.
